Following the launch of our new testnet, this proposal aims to activate CosmWasm smart contract support on the upgraded testnet, unlocking smart contract development and expanding the Self Chain ecosystem.
If passed, all testnet nodes will be halted, and Validators must update to the latest binary to stay in sync.
